I thought I'd pass along the latest information from the Environmental Working Group. They've just published a Meat Eaters Guide.
It has a host of interesting information, namely ranking of meats and other foods by lifecycle environmental impact ie. the amount of greenhouse gas emissions production creates, etc.
For those keen on making more environmentally friendly, and healthier, food choices, this document is a great tool. Please pass around to anyone who may be interested.
