Hump Day Hoop Vid: Beth Lavinder in Ottawa

Beth's hooping workshop last weekend was magical and inspiring. At the end of the class we all ended up stopping our hooping to watch Beth as she joined in. I really appreciate her gentle spirit and open heart, and her beautiful dancing!
